That’s a very good question and one we have had to ask ourselves over and over again. Next Level more than just the name of our brewery, it is a promise. We don’t want you to think of us as just another run of the mill craft brewery. We want you to think of us as the Next Level in craft brewing. Next Level drives everything we do. When we say we are taking craft beer to the Next Level we mean it. We want to take you to the Next Level. We want you to say that is some Next Level stuff when you talk about us.

You can also think of Next Level as a challenge, I know we do. Remember how hard it was to get to the Next Level in Mario? Or Diablo? Or Halo? Remember how it felt once you got there?

Well we feel the same way about beer. It’s not easy taking craft beer to the Next Level but we are putting in the time and effort to do so. We hope that once you try Next Level you will experience this.
