Last year we opened the doors to the public on December 13th. Even though it was well past pumpkin season, we did a small batch of pumpkin beer. We took that recipe from last year, added some abv to it and are happy to be re-releasing Basic Kim. Basic Kim this year comes in at 8.3% abv and is packed full of real pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, and graham crackers to simulate a liquid pumpkin pie. This will be available Thursday at 4:00.
