Honestly this “blog” doesn’t get much love but I am here making some updates and I thought it appropriate to add an update of where we are at.

We opened on Friday December 13th, 2020. Yeah, we know, Friday the 13th sounds like a terrible day to open a business but we don’t wallow in superstition and we had all of our permits passed and we needed to get some cash flow moving in the positive direction instead of the negative.

It’s been a month now of being open here we are sitting at the bar typing this update with Nathaniel and Aaron brew a barley wine. We have new beers in the fermentors and we have the majority of our taps live. Despite having no basis of knowing what our business would be so far it has been great. The days after the new year have been slow but we were warned about this and everybody else is slow at this time of year as well. We are not that concerned about it at this point. The warm days of spring are right around the corner.

So what’s next? Well we will be getting started on our “beer garden” with hopes of having it ready for you to sit out back on a warm spring day and enjoy a Next Level beer. We also will be working on some special new beer releases soon (sorry no hints). Beyond that know that we are working every day to take it to the Next Level. Come drink a beer at the bar.
