Hey everyone, we’re all looking forward to the pool party tomorrow. Here’s some info to help everyone out. – – 1. To make things run smoother, please write your name on your pool in marker and drop your pool off Saturday morning. Staff will be there as early as 9:00am. 2. Bring a pump if you have one to blow your pool up faster. We will have some, but if several people show up at the same time then people will be standing around and waiting. 3. Please don’t bring your own food. If you have special dietary needs then that is completely fine. Hot Daddy D’s will be there at noon selling hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, and chips during the afternoon. He will switch over to hot chicken closer to dinner time. 3. You can bring water to hydrate. 4. Please no coolers full of beer and other alcohol. Please do not BYOB. 5. We will have a station set up outside with beer and seltzer on tap. 6. You can street park on Lamar except for the entrances to the businesses. Other than that, it is free game. You can park in the parallel spots on central right next to us in the front of the building as well. You can street park on 3rd as well by the church. 7. Bring a tarp if you have one to put under your pool. The pool party is in our back parking lot. We have swept and blown off the parking lot, but there may be a few sharp pebbles laying around. We would hate for your pool to get a hole in it and the day ruined because of a stray pebble. 8. Respect your neighbors. If you’re a smoker, please step away from the crowd to smoke. 9. Please be patient if several people show up at once and it takes a few moments to fill up your pool. We will fill pools as fast as possible. We will have the water on hand. It’s just a matter of filling. 10. Be smart. If you drink too much please don’t drive. 11. Let’s all have fun and respect our neighbors. We can’t wait to see y’all tomorrow.
