When we opened on December 13, 2019 we literally opened the doors as soon as we could. Due to a lot of buildout issues that pushed our opening months back we were to the point of getting the doors open as soon as the city said we could. Things came together that final few days thanks to our team pulling through and the remaining contract work getting done. We had no family and friends night, no industry night, no special nothing. We just turned the lock the next day and announced we were open. – We soft opened and decided to get through the cold winter and have a blowout grand opening in mid-March….of 2020. 😵‍💫. I don’t think I need to tell you all why we didn’t have a grand opening then. 🤪. – – We somehow made it through the shutdown and re-opening during the pandemic. In case you all forgot, Covid cases were running pretty high last December, and it was still a very weird time for everyone. We decided a 1 year anniversary party would not really be the way to go considering everything going on in the world around us. So, we just quietly moved on past being open a year. – – This time we felt it appropriate to finally have a celebration. On December 11 we are going to blow it out. We’ll release more specifics soon. But for now, look for raffles, bottle releases, members only release, special beers, special food, etc. We’ll do it up right…after two years of waiting to throw some kind of party. 🥳.
