Thursday collaboration release: 💫💫💫 STARSPAWN💫💫💫 – 8% ABV Double New England IPA with Alora, Nectaron, and Ocho hops. – – For this beer the boys at Next Level took a trip to Lexington, Kentucky to brew with the boys at Country Boy Brewing at their OG location. We wanted to make a very hop forward IPA highlighting some newer hops that would be accentuated with Cosmic Punch yeast. – – This hazy IPA was hopped with Ocho and Alora hops then it was dry hopped with an irresponsible amount of Nectaron, Ocho, and Alora.
